CBN (Borazon) Grinding Wheels are used exclusively to provide a micro-finish on high speed steel knives and are available in both ASAP and Weinig brands.

Diamond Wheels are use for grinding carbide and other Non-ferrous material. We stock both ASAP and Weinig brands. ASAP diamond wheels have a steel core body that enhances the wheel life and comes with a full 9/32" depth of diamond. Both ASAP and Weinig brands are available in rough and finish grit sizes.

High performance cutoff wheels provide longer wheel wear and accuracy on both direct and belt driven abrasive cutoff machines. We recommend center reinforced wheels to reduced burning the knives.

Grinding wheels are manufactured to our specifications with performance and safety first. We inventory 8", 10", and 12" diameter wheels in friable and semi-friable abrasive grains. Our wheels have proven superior in grinding high speed steel off hand.

The Uniflex System is a moulded plastic core, which is a great system for rotary sanders, because it is very light weight. We recomend this product for QuickWood, Fladder and Timesaver rotary sanders.The Uniflex sanding brushes are constructed from slashed, flexible cloth, support by natural sisal fibers moulded into a light weight plastic core. Sanding with Uniflex brushes prior to apllication of base coat, stain, oil or wax will remove fibers and slightly soften any sharp. edges

Norton Dressing Sticks are available in many sizes and abrasive types. Silicon carbide (dark gray in color)works best on virtified grinding wheels. Aluminum Oxide (white in color)works best on diamond and CBN wheels. Plastic Shim colors designate the shim thickness. ASAP inventories both steel and plastic reducer bushing for grinding wheel arbor hole sizing..

NORTON stones are use for such grindroom jobs as reworking knives, taking the grinding burrs off profile and straight knives. Norton slip stones is available in soft, medium and coarse grits. Norton sharpening stones are available in Crystolon, India and Arkansas
