The Uniflex System is a moulded plastic core, which is a great system for rotary sanders, because it is very light weight. We recomend this product for QuickWood, Fladder and Timesaver rotary sanders.The Uniflex sanding brushes are constructed from slashed, flexible cloth, support by natural sisal fibers moulded into a light weight plastic core. Sanding with Uniflex brushes prior to apllication of base coat, stain, oil or wax will remove fibers and slightly soften any sharp. edges.
• Uniflex is designed for finishing and de-nibbing of traditional and complex moulded workpieces and is excellent for MDF, HDF, Veneer, hardwood And softwood.
• Uniflex can be incorporated into existing machinery and in most cases optimze the performance of the machine.
• Available in 60 to 400 grit and also coated cotton for polishing oil and wax.
• Center bore ranges between 20 - 100mm with or without keyway, and 50mm A/F hex is also available to suit Quickwood machines.
